IBM PS/2 Model 25

The PS/2 model 25 is the base model of the PS/2 family which was first announced in 1987. It provided all the capabilities of the IBM XT and included other features. The model 25 is an all in one form factor, similar to a macintosh. It uses an 8086 CPU running at 8mhz and includes dual 720k floppy drives and MCGA graphics which is capable of 256 colours built in. 512k of memory is standard upgradable to 640k with DIP chips. Two 8 bit expansion slots are available, however there are space limitations due to the small interior space.
